rental rules: TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND INTERNAL REGULATIONS! The Karrikia cottage is managed by the COMPANY EQUIP, headquartered in Idaux-Mendy and whose telephone number is 06 84 46 76 71. In order for you to enjoy this cottage in the best conditions, we ask all bine users to comply with this regulation. art.1 ENTRETIEN AND NETTOYAGE The daily maintenance and cleaning of the cottage and its surroundings is the responsibility of the users. Before each departure, the users of the lodge will have to leave the premises in a state of impeccable cleanliness: -Empty and cleaned -Refrigerators and freezers emptied and cleaned -Clean water rooms (WC, showers, toilets...) -Clean and tidy kitchen (dishes, oven, sinks...) - Floors and walls of all clean rooms. - Clean rooms (Under the beds...) For this purpose, products and maintenance tools are available to you. Any breach of these obligations will be charged and withheld from the bond. art.2 DEGRADATIONS AND VOLS: Any theft of equipment or degradation (walls, floors, furniture, plumbing, crockery...) will be charged or held on the deposit. In the event of theft and significant degradation, THE company EQUIPE itself reserves, in addition, the right to expel the authors individually or the group as a whole. In all cases, the reserved services (nights, meals, activities) will be due in full. art.3 VOISINAGE AND PUBLIC ORDER: EQUIPE welcomes you in the Karrikia cottage. This cottage is located in the village of Idaux-Mendy. For obvious reasons of respect for the people of the village, we ask you to use common sense and respect the following: -Do not enter or throw anything into private land. -Respect public spaces and facilities (front, parking...) -Respect the calm of the village, calm must be maintained between 10pm and 8am. Any breach of the general rules of neighbourhoods and public order will be charged and/or held on the deposit for compensation purposes. In the event of significant disturbances, THE company EQUIPe itself, in addition, the right to expel the authors individually or the group as a whole. In any case, the reserved services (nights, meals, activities...) will be due in full. These measures are independent of the measures and sanctions provided by the Civil Code. art.4 HORAIRES IN THE GÎTE: As a general rule and without any special reservations, silence must be maintained between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. 5 Bail bonds can be returned by mail within 7 days of departure. Bail bonds may be retained in part or entirely at the discretion of THE COMPANY. art.6 DEDOMMAGING FOR TROUBLES OF NEIGHBOURHOOD AND TROUBLES TO THE PUBLIC ORDER. The amounts of compensation for neighbourhood disturbances and disturbances to public order will be estimated and determined either by the aggrieved third parties or by the company EQUIPER. In the event that third parties make a claim for compensation, the amount defined by them will be increased by 10% for the damages suffered by ZAMA-A. art.7 FACTURATION FOR VOL AND DEGRADATIONS. In case of theft and degradation, the replacement and/or repair may be charged in addition to the withholding of the deposit. In addition, in the case of such actions would penalize the company EQUIPAGE in its activities (impossibility to use space or equipment ...), a compensatory compensation may be required per penalty day. These allowances will be estimated and fixed by the company EQUIPER with a minimum package of 150 euros. art.8 TARIFS, HOUR OF ARRIVALS AND DEPARTS. Rates for overnight stays and services are posted at the entrance to the lodge, on the website and communicated on demand by telephone. Usually arrivals are between 5pm and 7pm, rooms will have to be vacated by 10am. art.9 ETAT OF THE LIGHTS. When a deposit is requested, a statement of conduct will be made on arrival and at the departure. The state of the premises will be in the presence of a person in charge of the lodge. art.10 FIRE AND PUBLIC HEALTH. This cottage is open to the public, for reasons of health, safety and comfort, it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the premises. For safety reasons it is forbidden to light candles and other pyrotechnic devices. If the fire alarm is triggered, check the element that triggered it without delay. If it is a fire, suspicious smoke or any other abnormal event: - Evacuate - attacking the fireplace with fire extinguishers - Warn firefighters (18) - Notify the manager of the cottage
